Presents insights, trends, and findings in clear, executive-level formats.

Collects, cleans, analyzes, and interprets data from multiple systems and sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.

Develops and manages dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance reports using business intelligence tools.

Applies appropriate analytical techniques, statistical methods, and tools based on data requirements and business needs.

Serves as an internal consultant by providing data interpretation, evaluation, and recommendations for process and program improvements.

Supports planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and metrics.

Assists with the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes, policies, and procedures.

Conducts regular reviews and audits of program performance and develops mitigation or improvement plans as needed.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement solutions, and support adoption of data-driven best practices.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, computer science, information systems, statistics, economics, or a related field.
Certification / License

Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Work Experience
-
Five years of professional experience in data analysis, program management, business analysis, or process improvement, OR a Master’s degree. Experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives, analyzing complex datasets, and communicating insights to diverse audiences.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using relational databases

Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Experience working with large datasets, performance metrics, and KPIs

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard productivity tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders

Hybrid role requiring a combination of in-office and remote work

Occasional local travel may be required

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
