Job Overview
SERVPRO of North Kenosha is looking for an experienced construction professional to help grow our reconstruction division.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential or commercial construction who understands how projects come together from start to finish. We are looking for someone with real field experience, someone who understands construction sequencing, can manage subcontractors, communicate with customers, and keep projects moving.
Project management experience is helpful, but construction knowledge is the priority. We can teach SERVPRO systems, estimating software, and internal processes. What we need is someone who already understands construction and can walk a job confidently without needing constant direction.
You will spend most of your time in the field meeting with customers, walking projects, coordinating subcontractors, writing estimates, and making sure jobs are completed correctly and professionally.
This role is a good fit for:
- An experienced carpenter or tradesperson looking to transition into project management
- Someone currently running jobs for a contractor or construction company
- A construction professional who wants more responsibility and earning potential without doing physical labor full-time every day
SERVPRO is growing quickly in the Kenosha market, and this position offers strong long-term growth opportunities for the right person.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience
- Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction processes
- Ability to manage construction sequencing from rough framing through final finishes
- Comfortable communicating with homeowners, subcontractors, property managers, and adjusters
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once
- Someone who can solve problems, make decisions, and keep jobs moving without constant supervision
- Experience in restoration, remodeling, carpentry, or general contracting is strongly preferred
- Estimating and project management experience is a plus, but not required for the right construction candidate
