Position Summary
We are currently seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Retail Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a Retail Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting brand awareness and driving sales by engaging directly with customers in a face-to-face retail environment. In this role, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, providing product information, answering questions, and creating positive in-person experiences that lead to customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
- Deliver product knowledge clearly to potential customers
- Generate customer leads and provide feedback to the marketing and strategy teams
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on client brands and industry trends
Qualifications
- High school diploma; must be at least 18+
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Harrisburg
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
