Seeking a US Veteran, Guardsman, Reservist, and/or Military Spouse for a Customer Service Representative opportunity. The Customer Service Representative will support donor-advised fund operations by providing exceptional customer service, processing financial documentation, assisting donors with account management, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication, technology, and multitasking skills while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Starting Pay Range: $21.00/hour and up, based on experience
Location: Remote (U.S. – Eastern, Central, and Pacific Time Zones)
Position: Temporary (ending in January)
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Answer inbound customer inquiries and resolve account-related questions.
- Assist donors with password resets and account access issues.
- Open new donor accounts and process account documentation.
- Complete financial documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Utilize Salesforce and internal databases to manage customer information.
- Navigate multiple internal systems while handling customer requests.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of donor requests.
- Follow company procedures regarding confidential financial information.
- Provide administrative support for donor-advised fund operations.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations while working independently in a remote environment.
Requirements:
- US Veteran, Guardsman, Reservist, and/or Military Spouse.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Call center experience is strongly preferred.
- Administrative support and data entry experience preferred.
- Strong computer and technology proficiency. • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
- Ability to multitask while working across multiple systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Background check required due to handling financial documentation and donor information.
- Must be eligible to work remotely from approved U.S. locations within the Eastern, Central, or Pacific Time Zones.
