Duties

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential hazards or security vulnerabilities.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate action and communication.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and deterring theft or vandalism.
- Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring safety and well-being of all individuals on site.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations.
Skills
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly valued.
- Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in CCTV systems and monitoring protocols.
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, and emergency response are preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
- Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
