Job Overview
As a Brand Ambassador, your primary responsibility is to attract guests into the restaurant by creating a fun and welcoming first impression. You'll engage with passersby using your friendly personality, confidence, smile, and professional appearance to build excitement about our food and encourage them to come in and make a purchase.
Duties
- Stand at the front entrance and actively engage with passing guests.
- Wave, smile, and use a light baton to attract attention.
- Confidently call out to passersby and invite them into the restaurant.
- Promote menu items and daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Maintain a high-energy, outgoing, and friendly attitude throughout the shift.
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to stop in and make a purchase.
- Stay active on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Be comfortable approaching and interacting with strangers in a positive and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
- Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and not afraid to be loud to attract attention.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance, including hair styled, makeup applied, and a clean, polished look every shift.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud outdoor environment.
- Sales, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus.
