ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs basic carpentry, flooring, painting, plumbing & electrical repairs on property as needed.
- Maintains all fixtures and equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule, and records maintenance in log book and Property Preservation Chart.
- Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from General Manager and or Maintenance Manager.
- Operates snow removal equipment to maintain sidewalks.
- Maintains and services pool, sauna and spa areas including testing and recording as stated by State and City regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- Certified Pool Operator (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
