Duties
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process payments efficiently while handling cash and card transactions with care.
- Prepare and serve food items following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality service and compliance with health standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks including assembling ingredients, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and supporting culinary staff with basic cooking duties.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales by recommending popular or new products confidently.

- Support cashiering duties by balancing cash drawers, counting change accurately, and completing daily sales reports with attention to detail.Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Chowbus Posfor efficient order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate register balancing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous restaurant experience or work in the food industry is highly desirable; retail or grocery store experience is a plus.
