Theron Defense builds autonomous anti-drone turret systems that shoot down enemy attack drones — real hardware, real mission, growing fast. We're a four-person team and every hire matters.
What you'll actually be doing
This role keeps the place running. You'll manage day-to-day office and workshop organization, handle scheduling and coordination, support ordering and inventory tracking, and take care of errands and logistics — supply runs, airport pickups, and whatever else keeps the team moving. You'll be the one making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

- Willing to pitch in wherever needed, from admin work to hands-on shop help
