Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) of Schenectady County has been responding to the needs of local residents since 1918 with unbiased, research-based information tools and education that people come to depend on and trust.
Healthy Schenectady Families (HSF) Family Support Educators provide support to improve healthy family and parenting choices among eligible families and individuals in Schenectady County.
As part of the Healthy Families New York and Healthy Schenectady Families Programs, educators promote the well-being of parents, children and families through the use of evidence-based health and parenting education delivered through home visits.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree. An Associate's degree plus two years related experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
