Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment by maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms, public areas, and hotel laundry operations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to brand standards.
- Make beds, change linens, replenish guest amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Report maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items promptly.
- Wash, dry, fold, sort, and organize hotel linens, towels, and terry items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and housekeeping storage areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and hotel policies.
- Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding guest service and exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 35 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, professional attitude are required.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
