What You’ll Do
Support Clients in the Showroom: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide them through flooring, carpet, and rug selections.
Provide Design Guidance: Help clients coordinate materials, textures, colors, and finishes that align with their project goals and aesthetic direction.
Prepare Proposals: Create accurate quotes and proposals while ensuring all project details are clearly communicated.
Coordinate Projects: Work closely with internal teams and installation crews to help ensure projects move smoothly from selection through installation.
Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, builders, and repeat clients.
Stay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of products, design trends, and industry knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
What You Bring
Design Background: Experience or education in interior design, textiles, architecture, or a related field preferred.
Sales Experience: Proven experience in showroom, retail, luxury retail, or design-focused sales environments.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a polished and professional demeanor.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and estimation or proposal software.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects, proposals, and client follow-ups simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Professional Presence: A strong sense of style, presentation, and professionalism that aligns with a high-end showroom environment.
Availability: Ability to work showroom hours, including Saturdays as needed.

We are looking for a design-oriented Showroom Sales & Design Consultant to join our team and help guide customers through the selection process in our showroom environment. This role is focused on creating an exceptional client experience while helping homeowners, designers, and trade professionals find the right solutions for their spaces.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
