Overview
Opening for a part-time assistant's position helping a lead technician with cleaning tile, carpet, and furniture in occupied homes or businesses. Will also occasionally help with restoration type projects like tile installation, small repairs, and touch-up painting at vacant rental properties .Flexible daytime hours ranging from 16 to 25 hours per week. Opportunity for advancement to a lead floor maintenance technician which comes with more hours plus at least a 10% increase in pay rate. Experience not needed but helpful.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead technician at all jobsites.
- Keep our equipment clean and organized.
Requirements
- Criminal background check is needed to be offered the most work hours.
- Good driving record required.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
