Compensation: $1,000 weekly draw against commission plus uncapped commission

Worxweb Solutions is hiring a Debt Relief Sales Representative for an onsite opportunity in Deerfield Beach, FL. This role is focused on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and setting appointments for closers within a growing financial services environment.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up consistently by phone and text

Build interest in debt relief solutions through clear, professional communication

Qualify leads based on financial criteria and overall program fit

Schedule appointments and transfer qualified prospects to closers

Maintain an active pipeline and stay consistent with follow-up activity

Track outreach, conversations, and outcomes accurately in the CRM

Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals
What We’re Looking For

Experience in debt relief, MCA, business funding, or a comparable outbound sales environment

Strong phone communication skills and confidence handling objections

Ability to manage a high level of outbound activity and follow-up

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite sales setting

Experience using CRM systems and text-based follow-up tools is a plus
