Looking for More Than Just Another Pediatric PT Job?
At Kid PT, we believe the best therapy starts with understanding the child—not just the diagnosis.
We're looking for physical therapists who are curious, collaborative, and passionate about continually refining how they think—not just what they do. If you're looking for a practice where you'll grow as a clinician, build meaningful relationships with families, and collaborate with a team that loves asking "why," we'd love to meet you.
As an out-of-network pediatric practice, we're able to focus on what matters most: helping children and supporting families—not spending our days answering to insurance companies.
And because we believe exceptional pediatric therapy can't be rushed, our full-time therapists average 6 children per day. We value quality over quantity, giving therapists the time to think critically, collaborate with colleagues, and build meaningful relationships with every child and family they serve.
About Kid PT
Kid PT is a connection-based pediatric therapy clinic providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and feeding therapy. Our approach is rooted in neurodevelopment, movement, regulation, participation, and meaningful relationships.
We believe every child deserves to be understood as a whole person. That means looking beyond surface-level symptoms, collaborating across disciplines, and partnering closely with families to help children participate more fully in everyday life.
Our culture is built on curiosity, compassion, authenticity, creativity, and lifelong learning.
Whether You're New to Pediatrics or Bringing Years of Experience...
At Kid PT, we believe the best clinicians never stop learning.
If you're newer to pediatrics, our structured mentorship program provides a clear roadmap to help you build confidence, strengthen your clinical reasoning, and grow into an exceptional pediatric therapist.
If you're an experienced pediatric PT, we're not looking for you to simply fit into "our way" of doing things. We value the knowledge and perspective you bring. Our goal is to create an environment where experienced clinicians collaborate, challenge one another's thinking, explore new ideas, and continue growing together.
Our therapists meet weekly for interdisciplinary case discussions—not just to review treatment plans, but to ask better questions, think more deeply, and learn from one another's experiences. We believe the most meaningful growth happens when talented clinicians are willing to stay curious.
We also meet weekly as an entire team because we believe great patient care starts with a connected team. We intentionally make time to celebrate successes, solve problems together, strengthen relationships, and continue building a culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
If you're energized by thoughtful clinical conversations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping shape the future of a growing practice, you'll find more than a job here—you'll find a team committed to becoming better together.

What Makes Kid PT Different?
Structured Mentorship Program
Mentorship at Kid PT is more than shadowing. We have a structured mentorship program designed to develop confident clinicians with strong clinical reasoning and pediatric expertise. Whether you're entering pediatrics or building on years of experience, you'll have dedicated support and opportunities to grow.
Weekly Clinical Collaboration
Every week our interdisciplinary team comes together to discuss real cases, explore different perspectives, challenge one another's thinking, and learn together. We believe the best clinicians continue growing throughout their careers.
Weekly Team Meetings
Strong teams don't happen by accident. We intentionally set aside time each week to connect, celebrate wins, solve problems together, and support one another because we believe collaboration leads to better outcomes—for both our therapists and our families.
Quality Over Quantity
We believe exceptional pediatric therapy can't be rushed. Our full-time therapists average 6 children per day, creating space for meaningful connections with families, interdisciplinary collaboration, and thoughtful clinical reasoning—not simply moving from one appointment to the next.
Freedom to Practice Great Therapy
Because we're an out-of-network practice, you have the freedom to focus on individualized, relationship-based care rather than insurance-driven treatment decisions.
