Join our dedicated team as a CFSS/PCA, Homemaker & Individualized Home Supports (IHS) provider, where your compassionate care and proactive support will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs and preferences
- Conduct patient observation, monitor behavioral changes, and report any concerns related to health or safety promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment through regular cleaning and household chores
- Support clients with community engagement activities, transportation assistance, and socialization efforts
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, autism support, intellectual disabilities, and neurodevelopmental disorders is advantageous
- Certification in CPR and first aid is required; additional training in medication administration or HIPAA compliance is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely; experience with patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts is beneficial
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
- Demonstrated patience, compassion, and adaptability when working with individuals with disabilities or complex health needs
- Experience working with seniors or individuals requiring long-term care support is highly valued

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
