We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for SLPs who sign on with us for a full-time position before the end of August, or a $1,000 referral incentive for anyone who refers someone to us which results in a signed contract!
Pay rates start at $65/hr for CCC-SLPs but may be higher depending on the district. We pay the same rate for direct (i.e., therapy, evaluations) and indirect time (i.e., paperwork)!

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to provide services to students in the school setting. We encourage you to submit a resume if you reside anywhere in Illinois, as we are continuing to expand! We have full-time, part-time, and short-term opportunities across the state. We're also open to SLPs in their clinical fellowship year!
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome speech and language challenges, enabling them to communicate effectively and reach their full academic potential.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Illinois state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY eligibility.
- ISBE PEL (Professional Educator License).
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and their treatment approaches.
- Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and interpret assessment results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, parents, and school staff.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome communication challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students to identify communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's requirements.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support student progress and facilitate effective communication strategies.
- Provide early intervention services to promote language development in young learners.
