Wellness Studio Associate (Customer Experience + Sales)

Nosta Sauna Lounge is a wellness-focused sauna lounge located in the Mission Viejo Marketplace. We help people build stronger, healthier lives through the timeless tradition of sauna therapy.
Our space is calm, intentional, and detail-driven. Every part of the experience matters, from how we greet guests to how each room is prepared. We’re a small, tight-knit team that takes pride in doing things well.
Who This Role Is For
This role is for someone who naturally takes ownership, stays on top of details, and doesn’t need to be told what to do.
You should be comfortable running a shift, speaking confidently with clients, and maintaining a high standard even during busy times. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and be part of a strong, reliable team.
Position Details
- Part-time, approximately 20–32 hours per week
- Must be available evenings and/or weekends
- Paid training provided
- Free sauna membership
- Hourly pay + commission
- Must live within 10 miles of the lounge
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Running shifts smoothly and independently when needed
- Welcoming guests and guiding them through their visit
- Helping clients choose memberships and packages based on their goals
- Educating guests on sauna use and Nosta’s experience
- Setting up and resetting sauna rooms with strong attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean, calm, and organized space at all times
- Cleaning and sanitizing sauna rooms thoroughly after each session
- Managing bookings, answering calls, and handling transactions accurately
- Handling laundry (washing, drying, folding towels) and keeping towel inventory organized throughout the day
- Supporting a consistent, high-quality experience from start to finish

- Confident, clear communicator who enjoys talking to people
- Strong sense of ownership and reliability
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in cleanliness and organization
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks like cleaning and laundry
- Able to stay calm, efficient, and focused during busy shifts
- Self-motivated and able to anticipate what needs to be done
- Comfortable being active throughout shifts
- Open to occasionally being featured on social media
Preferred Experience
- Experience in customer service and/or sales
- Experience in a membership-based business is a plus
- Interest in wellness, fitness, or health-focused environments
