Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and alignment using hand tools and power tools.
- Utilize MIG welding, automotive welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to repair or replace damaged sheet metal and structural components.
- Apply auto restoration techniques and fabrication repair methods to handle complex repairs efficiently.
- Skills
- Proven experience or extensive background as an automotive body technician.
- Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, and automotive welding equipment usage.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to auto body repair, sheet metal work, and fabrication repair techniques.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and auto painting equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy workshop environment.
- Ability to clearly communicate with your production manager on additional work needed on supplemental damage found during the blueprint process.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
