Available Shifts
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
What You'll Do
- Set up and process injection molding machines
- Troubleshoot molding processes and improve production efficiency
- Partner with QA Inspectors to maintain quality standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Create, document, and maintain molding processes
- Conduct mold teardown, assembly, cleaning, and maintenance
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment including:
- Robots
- Sprue pickers
- Thermolators
- Material loaders
- Conveyors
- Valve gates
- Hot tip controllers
- Communicate with production, engineering, quality, warehouse, and management teams
- Assist with assembly and packaging as needed
- Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience with injection molding machine setup and processing
- Working knowledge of scientific molding principles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods
- Bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs/ladders as needed
