Qualifications:
- Previous transportation, logistics, dispatching, or automotive industry experience preferred
- AutoIMS experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize multiple appointments and transportation requests
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and courteous communication with clients, customers, transporters, and internal staff

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle transportation appointments and pickups
- Dispatch transporters and provide accurate pickup information and instructions
- Communicate professionally with transporters, clients, customers, dealerships, and internal staff
- Monitor scheduled pickups and follow up on outstanding transportation needs
- Coordinate changes, delays, cancellations, and rescheduled pickups
- Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation
- Track vehicles throughout the transportation process
- Ensure transportation schedules are organized and updated in a timely manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other customer inquiries related to transportation
- Resolve transportation issues quickly and professionally
- Provide detailed follow-up with customers and transporters
- Assist with other administrative and operational duties as needed
- Work closely with the DAX team to ensure vehicles are picked up and transported efficiently
