Now Hiring: DME Customer Service and Billing
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and friendly individual who enjoys working with retail customers and is eager to learn new skills.
Position Responsibilities:
- Learn to set up and educate patients on CPAP devices and supplies
- Fit patients for diabetic shoes and custom inserts
- Provide excellent customer service for DME (Durable Medical Equipment) products
- Process billing and insurance claims for DME
- Communicate with insurance companies and physician offices to obtain required documentation, prescriptions, and clinical notes
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with patients in a retail and clinical environment
- Willingness to learn medical equipment and insurance billing procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
