We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. The position involves working closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavior change and support skill development. Duties
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Conduct behavioral therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management
- Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence
- Demonstrate flexibility in working with a variety of clients
- Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Ability to work in an active job that may require periodic lifting up to 30 pounds
- Maintain strict parent/child confidentiality policies set forth by Children’s Autism Center; comply with and understand HIPAA Regulations
- Communicate effectively with a variety of staff members including ABA therapists, BCBAs, BCaBAs, Clinic Director, and administrative staff
- Manage behavior challenges using evidence-based behavior management strategies while ensuring patient safety
- Ensure a positive, safe learning environment for each learner
Skills
- Experience with behavioral therapy, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Prior work with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities
- Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior management strategies effectively
- Competence in data collection, analysis, and documentation for progress tracking
- Excellent teaching skills combined with patience and empathy for working with individuals with diverse needs
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a supportive manner

Pay: $34,320.00 - $37,440.00 per year
