About the role:
Oncore Physical Therapy is a growing, cash-based concierge clinic in Cumming, GA, treating pelvic floor, sports and orthopedic patients of all ages and genders. We're hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant who wants true 1:1 patient care, room to grow clinically, and a team that invests in your development.
What you'll do:
- Provide full 1:1 sessions (60 minutes) — no double-booking, no productivity quotas
- Carry out individualized treatment plans across pelvic floor and orthopedic caseloads, under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Use advanced tools including Redcord, SoftWave, and lumbo-pelvic ultrasound
- Work in a cash-based model with strong clinical support and mentorship — no insurance interference

Requirements:
- Active PTA license in Georgia
- Strong clinical curiosity and a whole-person approach to care
- Experience or interest in pelvic floor or orthopedic rehab
- New grads welcome — no pelvic health experience required, mentorship provided
