Job Title: Security Officer
Job Overview:
As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our organization. You will be responsible for <Surveillance> of premises, <CCTV> monitoring, and ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and assets.
Duties:
- Conduct regular <surveillance> rounds to detect and deter any suspicious activity
- Monitor <CCTV> cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
- Implement and enforce <loss prevention> strategies to minimize risks
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance
- Collaborate with local authorities when necessary
- Provide <conflict management> support in case of disputes or incidents
- Administer basic first aid when needed
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and security breaches
Experience:
- Previous experience in <law enforcement> or security-related roles preferred
- Possession of relevant certifications such as a security guard <certificate>
- Familiarity with <militarise> protocols and procedures
- Proficiency in <CPR> and basic first aid techniques
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and act swiftly in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to emergencies
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
* This position does require 8 hours of standing/walking
