What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in providing residents with a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance throughout the community
- Diagnose and complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs
- Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins
- Maintain community amenities, common areas, and grounds
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs
- Ensure company standards for safety, quality, and customer service are met
What We're Looking For
- All experience levels are encouraged to apply
- Property maintenance, facilities, construction, or skilled trade experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Minnesota Class C Driver's License
- Boiler License preferred, or willingness to obtain one
- Dependable, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs efficiently
