Responsibilities:
- Design data-driven, results-oriented fundraising programs tailored to the unique goals of conservative clients and committees.
- Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to candidates and organizations, fostering long-term relationships built on shared values.
- Oversee the strategic development of direct mail fundraising efforts, collaborating with copywriters and production teams to deliver high-impact conservative messaging.
- Analyze metrics and test creative strategies to proactively implement optimizations that maximize fundraising results.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the flawless execution of client programs and continuous service improvement.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with mission-driven organizations and top political races where our firm can have a significant impact.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 2+ years in republican campaign management, fundraising, or strategic marketing.
- Track record of meeting ambitious goals and managing multifaceted projects.
- Deeply committed to the values, mission, and political goals of our conservative clients.
- Capable of anticipating challenges, adapting quickly to the political landscape, and developing creative solutions.
- Skilled at engaging stakeholders and building strong, influential relationships within the conservative movement.
- Focused on achieving and exceeding client objectives through relentless execution and performance tracking.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and capable of managing complex, multi-layered projects with precision.
- Proficient in analytical reasoning, public speaking, and negotiation.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
