What You'll Do
As a key member of our clinical team, you will help create outstanding patient experiences while supporting efficient, high-quality dental care.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing chairside assistance during a variety of general dental procedures
- Preparing and turning over treatment rooms efficiently
- Sterilizing and organizing instruments according to infection control standards
- Taking and processing digital X-rays
- Utilizing intraoral scanners for digital impressions
- Assisting with Invisalign treatment, including scans, attachment placement support, and patient education
- Educating patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and post-operative instructions
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Following OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
- Supporting team members and contributing to a positive office culture
Qualifications
- Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
- Current CPR Certification
- Experience using intraoral scanning technology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Invisalign assisting experience
- Experience with Curve Dental software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
