Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services during overnight hours
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring billing accuracy and resolving discrepancies swiftly
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude to enhance their stay
- Maintain security by monitoring access points, performing safety checks, and documenting any irregularities or incidents
- Update and manage reservation records, room assignments, and occupancy reports accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards before check-in
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and operational notes for management review
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably including night audit responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism during late-night shifts
- Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is a plus but not mandatory
