Duties

- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and improve outreach strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction

Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance or related fields
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills for clear, persuasive conversations with clients and team members
- Knowledge of insurance regulation, HIPAA compliance, benefits administration, and insurance sales processes
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and customer needs for targeted marketing efforts
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM software for efficient record keeping and follow-up
- Understanding of health insurance, property casualty insurance, commercial insurance concepts, and benefits programs
