URGENT HIRING – CAREGIVER NEEDED (START ASAP)
We are urgently seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver for a 14-year-old male client with autism (Caleb Hannes) who requires supervision, guidance, redirection, and daily support throughout the day.
Location: New Kent / Quinton area (also accessible from Richmond)
This case is HIGH PRIORITY and we need to secure coverage immediately to avoid losing the placement.
START AS SOON AS POSSIBBLE
Schedule Requirements:
Until school ends:
- 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Evenings)
Summer schedule:
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day shifts)
Must be willing to work some weekends
We are looking for someone who is:
Patient, caring, and reliable
Comfortable working with children
Able to provide supervision, structure, and routine support
Skilled in redirection and behavior support
Autism experience is preferred but not required
