What You'll Do
- Lead daily shop operations
- Develop and mentor technicians, service advisors, and support staff
- Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Improve workflow, productivity, and efficiency
- Monitor sales, gross profit, technician efficiency, and key performance indicators
- Work alongside ownership to execute company goals
- Coach employees through training, encouragement, and honest feedback
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain great people
- Help build systems that allow the business to grow beyond any one individual
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of automotive management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing technicians and service advisors
- Ability to read financial reports and shop KPIs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license
Preferred
- Independent repair shop management experience
- Experience with modern shop software, integrations, and DVI's.
- Knowledgeable in modern technology and IT.
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$140,000 annually
