Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
- Manage laundry duties, ensuring that linens and other fabrics are cleaned and maintained properly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning assignments.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain janitorial responsibilities in various settings, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed, coordinating with team members for efficient workflow.
- Utilize proper cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and the ability to maintain cleanliness in diverse environments.
- Experience in cooking is a plus, enhancing the overall service provided to clients.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is beneficial.
