Overview
ElevenTen Systems is seeking a full-time Project Manager / Revit Draftsperson to join our growing design and project management team.
This position is centered almost exclusively around Autodesk Revit. The role includes building modeling, shop drawing creation, project coordination, submittals, production support, and communication between our design team, shop team, customers, engineers, architects, and general contractors.
We are not looking for someone with the longest resume. Experience matters, but it is secondary to finding the right person. We are looking for someone who fits our team, takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, has high standards, and wants to grow with the company.
This is an in-person position at our Lenexa, Kansas facility. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Work primarily in Autodesk Revit to model cold-formed steel wall panel systems and related building components.
- Create and manage shop drawings for fabrication and installation.
- Review architectural, structural, and construction documents to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate project information between customers, engineers, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and the ElevenTen team.
- Prepare submittals, drawing packages, revisions, and related project documentation.
- Assist with creating shop cut lists, production information, and fabrication support documents.
- Help schedule and coordinate shop production based on project needs and deadlines.
- Coordinate deliveries, field needs, drawing revisions, and project updates.
- Track project status and communicate clearly when information is missing, unclear, or changing.
- Work closely with the shop, engineering, estimating, and leadership teams to keep projects moving accurately and efficiently.
- Learn ElevenTen’s internal systems, standards, modeling methods, and project workflow.

Helpful Experience
Experience in any of the following areas is helpful, but not required:
- Autodesk Revit
- AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Construction documents
- Shop drawings
- Cold-formed steel framing
- Structural steel
- Light-gauge metal framing
- Architecture, engineering, or construction
- Construction project management
- Manufacturing or fabrication
- Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook
What This Role Is Not
This is not a remote drafting position.
This is not a short-term stepping-stone role.
This is not a role for someone who wants to work in isolation.
This is a hands-on, in-person design and project coordination role inside a growing manufacturing and construction-focused company. You will work directly with the people who estimate, design, fabricate, ship, and support the systems we provide.
Compensation
Salary is negotiable. We are more interested in finding the right person than forcing the role into a fixed pay range.
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s current ability, experience, attitude, long-term potential, and fit with our team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
