Job Summary:
The Terminal Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and organization of the terminal facility. This role ensures that drivers and employees have access to a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment while providing basic assistance with terminal services and amenities.
Essential Duties
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all terminal areas, including driver lounges, restrooms, showers, and common spaces.
Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, restocking supplies, and disposing of trash.
Ensure that laundry facilities, vending machines, and other amenities are in working order and report any issues to management.
Assist drivers with facility-related needs, such as providing information on available resources, directing them to designated areas, or responding to basic inquiries.
Monitor the security and safety of the terminal by reporting any hazards or suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel.
Support inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when replenishment is needed.
Follow all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for all terminal users.

Schedule: Varies based on terminal needs; may include weekends, nights, and holidays
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in facility maintenance, janitorial services, or customer service is a plus
