- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in the organization and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide support during peak times or special events as required.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles, with a strong focus on detail.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential.
- Previous Hospitals, Hotels or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with staff and team members.
