Position Summary
The Cleaning Inspector / Operations Assistant is responsible for inspecting cleaned condo units, ensuring all work meets company standards, addressing any deficiencies, and supporting day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys a mix of inspection, hands-on work, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Inspect cleaned condo units to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Identify and correct cleaning deficiencies as needed.
- Perform touch-up cleaning and minor corrections when necessary.
- Communicate inspection findings with cleaning staff and management.
- Assist with daily operations and scheduling needs.
- Run occasional company errands and pick up supplies as needed.
- Help maintain company standards, procedures, and customer satisfaction.
- Support management with various operational tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, property management, or inspection experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
