Are you outgoing, reliable, and love making people feel welcome? Salon di Moda, an award-winning salon in the heart of Bryn Mawr, is looking for a part-time receptionist to be the first friendly face our clients see.
About the Role:
As our front desk coordinator, you’ll help set the tone for the client experience — warm, professional, and seamless. We’re seeking someone who is:

- Polished in appearance and communication
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy, stylish environment
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon booking system
- Answer phone calls and handle client inquiries
- Process payments and assist with retail product sales and inventory
- Keep the front desk neat and organized
- Support stylists and management with administrative tasks
- Help maintain a welcoming and efficient salon atmosphere
- Comfortable with Instagram and marketing is a huge plus
Schedule:
- Part-time position
- Must be available to work during salon hours: Tuesday through Saturday
- Some Thursday evenings are required
- Flexibility is a plus
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or salon/spa experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with salon booking systems (training provided)
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
