Job Summary
ONE65 is seeking a professional, welcoming, and dependable Doorman to join our team. As one of the first points of contact for our guests, the Doorman plays an important role in creating a warm and organized arrival experience.
With multiple floors and concepts within ONE65, this position is responsible for welcoming guests, identifying their destination, and guiding them to the appropriate floor or concept.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Open doors and assist guests entering and exiting the building
- Identify each guest’s destination and guide them to the appropriate floor or concept within ONE65
- Become familiar with the different concepts and their locations throughout the building
- Provide clear and accurate directions while maintaining a polished and hospitable approach
- Help manage guest flow at the entrance, particularly during busy service periods
- Answer general guest questions and provide assistance as needed
- Communicate with hosts, restaurant teams, and management regarding guest arrivals or special requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout each shift
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, hotel, concierge, or customer service experience preferred
- Warm, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and attentive
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
