About Us
DPC Counseling & Wellness is a growing group practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. We are currently seeking a fully licensed therapist to provide in-person counseling services in our beautiful Camp Hill office location, or remote from the location of their choice.
Position Overview
This is a 1099 opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys face-to-face client work and wants the support of a group practice without the administrative burden of running a private practice alone.
The ideal candidate is warm, professional, reliable, and passionate about helping clients create meaningful change in their lives.
Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Ability to independently diagnose and treat mental health conditions
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Professional liability insurance
- Ability to maintain timely documentation and ethical standards
- Experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, or families is welcomed

Compensation
- $80 per completed clinical hour
- Consistent referral opportunities
- Flexible schedule based on clinician availability
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain ethical and professional standards
- Collaborate with practice leadership as needed
- Provide high-quality, client-centered care
