Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with game instructions, tokens, and general inquiries to enhance their experience
- Monitor arcade areas to ensure safety protocols are followed and resolve any conflicts or issues promptly and professionally
- Manage cash handling duties including ticket sales, prize exchanges, and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of arcade equipment, game stations, and surrounding areas
- Provide guest services by addressing concerns, offering recommendations, and ensuring everyone has a fun time
- Support food service operations when needed, including taking orders or assisting with kitchen activities if necessary
Requirements
*Must be able to lift 70lbs safely and UNASSISTED
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment environments preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns effectively and diplomatically
- Experience in events management or organizing activities is a plus
- Ability to work with children confidently and responsibly in a lively setting
- Cash handling experience to manage transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking, guest interaction, and team collaboration
- Knowledge of food service operations or hospitality practices is beneficial
- Ability to stay energetic, alert, and attentive during busy periods in a fast-paced environment
