JOURNEYMAN INSIDE WIREMAN
Panhandle Power Solutions is expanding its construction management staff and requires the addition of 3 experienced Journeyman Electricians. Candidate MUST have an active Journeyman's License. The location will be for an ongoing project at Cape Canaveral, Florida. This individual must be willing to travel once this project is completed and have the ability to pass a Federal DoD background screening.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of 1200A – 400A panel board to install and terminate.
- Installation of cable trays - 1000LFT (exposed below ceiling)
- Conduit installation (all exposed) including stainless-steel conduit.
- Large electrical equipment installs (Switchboards, ATS, Power Filters, Transformers, and tie-end to existing gear).
- Installation of large feeder cable (500KCM, 350KCM, 250KCM)
- Installing all branch circuits and devices.
- Fire alarm and security infrastructure.
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
- Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE JOURNEYMAN LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED
- The candidate must be familiar with industry standards and practices.
- An advanced degree is not required. The candidate should have advanced experience working as an electrician.
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
- Ability to conduct work outside of Electrician scope.

Pay range: $38-$42/HR depending on experience/skill level
