Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. As a member of our cleaning team, you will perform general janitorial duties throughout the facility to ensure all assigned areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
6:15 AM – 2:15 PM
Saturday
6:15 AM – 12:15 PM
Saturday shifts may rotate, meaning you may only be scheduled every other Saturday.
Pay
$15.00/hour + $1.00/hour attendance bonus
Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned areas throughout the facility
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust work areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
- Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
- Complete daily cleaning assignments efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Requirements
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Additional Information
This position is located in Dayton, Ohio. Candidates must be available to work the full Monday through Friday schedule and occasional rotating Saturday shifts.
