Job Description
- Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
- Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits all other rules of the road are followed
- Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
- Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
- Maintains accurate sales documentation
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions
- Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
. Must have at least 1 year experience.
· Must have a valid California drivers license and clean driving record
· Must be able to obtain a Vehicle Sales License from DMV
· Must be willing to submit pre-employment screenings and background checks
· Excellent verbal, written, telephone and computer communication skills
· Complying with all company policies, procedures and safety standards
· Strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude at all times

The Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
