Title: Warehouse Personnel /EXPERIENCED Telehandler
Reports: Off-site Superintendent
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious EXPERIENCED Telehandler Operator to join our off-site Field team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating telehandlers to move, lift, and position materials efficiently on construction sites. This role requires a focus on safety, precision, and teamwork to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate telehandlers to lift, move, and place stone materials accurately across various site locations
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment before use and report any issues or maintenance needs for safety compliance
- Load and unload stone and stone products accurately while adhering to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure the work area remains clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency
- Once unloading is finished for the day, help move materials to assigned units utilizing rolling equipment and elevators.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas
Experience
- Proven experience operating telehandlers or similar heavy machinery in a construction setting
- Valid certification or licensing for telehandler operation (preferred but not mandatory if training is provided)
- Knowledge of off-site construction safety standards and practices
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Essentials:
- Must be able to lift and move work related items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to push, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed.
- Must be able to stand, squat and kneel on hard surfaces.
- Must be able to grasp and hold tools and other items with hands.

Schedule:
- Monday – Saturday
- Saturday’s a must
- Full-time, 40 to 50 hours per week
Pay: $21.00 per hour
