Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality painting and refinishing work on vehicles.

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.

Mix and match paint colors to ensure a perfect match.

Apply paint and finishes using spray guns and other equipment.

Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
-
Required: Proven experience as a Body Shop Painter or Refinishing Technician.

Required: Knowledge of painting techniques and color matching.
-
Required: Ability to operate painting equipment and tools safely and effectively.

Required: Strong attention to detail and quality.

Preferred: Certification from a recognized automotive training program.

Preferred: Experience with various types of vehicles and finishes.
