Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a world-class restaurant and bar team across all outlets

Train staff on customer service, product knowledge, and operational excellence

Manage scheduling for optimal guest service and operational efficiency

Oversee bar operations including cocktail menu creation and seasonal updates

Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control for food and beverage

Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

Support daily operations to guarantee an outstanding guest experience
Qualifications & Skills

5–10 years management experience in High-Volume food & beverage operations

3–5 years bar or resort-based management preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant/Bar Management, or related field preferred

Strong business, financial, and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Willingness to work nights and weekends (closed major holidays)

Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift items as needed
