We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to become an essential part of our daily operations and help us continue to grow.
Position Overview
As our Operations Coordinator, you'll help keep the business running smoothly every day. You'll serve as a key point of contact for customers, support our drivers, coordinate daily operations, and assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Answer incoming phone calls and customer emails.
- Assist customers with scheduling, account questions, and service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Follow up with new customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Assist with planning daily pickup and delivery routes.
- Communicate with drivers and provide operational support throughout the day.
- Help ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
- Monitor office and operational supply inventory, maintain stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Process invoices, payments, and customer account updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and organized documentation.
- Support management with daily operations and special projects.
- Learn new systems, software, and responsibilities as the company grows.
