We're currently seeking a Senior Community Leasing Manager to lead leasing for a brand-new, Class A student housing flagship in Madison, WI opening this fall.
This is a founding leasing leadership role at a 900+ bed community in one of the most competitive student housing markets in the Midwest. You’ll own leasing strategy and performance from day one, coach a high-energy onsite team, and operate with strong marketing, operations, and revenue-management infrastructure behind you. Responsibilities
- Own leasing performance for a 900+ bed student housing lease-up, including pre-lease pace, tour volume, and conversion
- Lead, train, and coach an onsite leasing team, including part-time concierge staff
- Execute leasing and marketing initiatives in partnership with regional leadership and centralized support teams
- Maintain disciplined CRM/funnel management and reporting to drive predictable leasing velocity
- Deliver a high-touch prospect and resident experience aligned with a luxury student living brand
Qualifications
- 2+ years of student housing leadership experience
- Proven leasing leadership ownership at a 400+ bed student housing community
- Documented success leading a competitive lease-up or pre-lease cycle with measurable results
- Strong, metrics-driven approach to sales performance, coaching, and accountability
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
