Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and personable Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This individual will provide top-tier service to members and guests in our dining rooms, bar, and at special events. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a strong attention to detail, and thrives in a refined, member-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to members and guests.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas.

Ensure all member and guest needs are anticipated and exceeded.

Process transactions and manage tabs with accuracy and discretion.

Set up, break down, and assist with private events, banquets, and club functions.

Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a server and/or bartender, preferably in a high-end or private club setting.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and food pairings.
